SMT PCB assembly process flow

7, test: the role is to assemble the PCB plate welding quality and assembly quality testing. The equipments used include magnifier, microscope, on-line tester (ICT), flying needle tester, automatic optical inspection (AOI), X-RAY inspection system, function tester, etc.. 8, rework: its role is to detect the failure of the PCB board rework. The tools used are soldering iron, rework workstations, etc.. Configure in any position on the production line.
